2026 3rd Qtr. Distribution Declaration

The Boardof Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce itsquarterly distribution at $0.245 cents per share, (5.16% rate of return)payable September 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2026.  Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 28years and this is its 116th consecutive quarterly distribution.
