2026 1st Qtr. Distribution Declaration

DISTRIBUTIONDECLARATION

The Board of Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce its quarterly distribution at $0.245 cents per share,(5.16% rate of return) payable March 31, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2026.  Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 28 years and this is its 114th consecutive quarterly distribution.

 Dakota REIT is a North Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust.
