2025 3rd Qtr. Distribution Declaration

The Board of Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce its quarterly distribution at $0.245 cents per share, (5.16% rate of return) payable September 30, 2025 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2025. Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 27 years and this is its 112th consecutive quarterly distribution.
