2023 3rd Qtr. Distribution Declaration

The Board of Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce its quarterly distribution at 23 cents per share, (5.11% rate of return) payable October 6, 2023 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2023.  Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 25 years and this is its 104th consecutive quarterly distribution.
