Mr. Braun was one of the initial members of the Board of Trustees in 1997 and continues to serve as a Trustee. In 2006, Mr. Braun retired from the Ludvigson Braun & Company, an accounting firm located in Valley City North Dakota. Mr. Braun became a Licensed Public Accountant in 1975.
