Ms. Erdel joined the Advisor in 2022 as the Director of Acquisitions. She attended the University of Missouri, where she studied Business Administration. She began her career in Real Estate in 2013. Ms. Erdel has experience in acquisitions & dispositions, building design & construction, lease administration & negotiations and property management.
