Share Redemption

The Dakota REIT shares are not listed on a national securities exchange nor are the shares included for quotation in a national securities market. Therefore, Dakota REIT provides opportunities for shareholders to redeem shares after the shares have been held for twelve (12) months. The direct redemption program through Dakota REIT is an option. Shareholders may also sell shares on the secondary market or through a private sale. The security brokers that sell our primary shares have been authorized to facilitate the sale of shares on the secondary market.
