Our shares are offered by our underwriter, Capital Financial Services, Inc., on a best-efforts basis. Capital Financial Services, Inc. is a broker/dealer registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is based in Minot, ND. They will enter into selling agreements with other security brokers in North Dakota that are also registered with the FINRA and the State of North Dakota.

You may purchase shares of The Dakota REIT though brokers who have an underwriting agreement with Capital Financial Services, Inc. The secondary share sales are handled by Capital Financial Services, Inc., and other security brokers that have the approval of the FINRA to sell The Dakota REIT shares.
