Shares in The Dakota REIT are offered through a prospectus offering circular that is registered with the North Dakota Securities Commissioner, and at times, with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These shares are offered through a “limited market” and are not listed on a national exchange such as the NYSE, NASDAQ, or AMEX.
